The book also addresses how to handle people with different communications and working styles, as well as how to best motivate people, so they fully engage and bring their best self into the workplace. It also provides tools to minimize potentially explosive situations that accompany uncertainty, risk, and conflict. The book concludes with a look at the human element of leaders and how leaders use their unique style to navigate the unknown.</p>
