This book analyzes crisis communication in Asia, focusing on how culture plays a central role in the way a crisis develops and is resolved.Using the case study method, this book offers the reader glimpses of the variety of cultures in the continent, displaying the complexity of the cross-cultural process of conducting crisis communication campaigns in this diverse context.
