EASIS Mousse Chocolate Flavour 100g

EASIS Mousse with chocolate is a delicious and creamy mousse. It is easy to make and can be used for both cakes and desserts e.g. as topping on cupcakes or as cream in a layer cake. It has no added sugar. It contains 97% less fat and 56% less calories than traditional mousse. Method: 1. Mix the content with 2½ dl skimmed milk. Let it rest for two minutes. 2. Whip at the lowest speed for 1 min. Then whip at the highest speed for 2 min. 3. Pour the mousse in a bowl or in 4 portion glass and place it in a refrigerator for approx. 1 min. Before serving garnish e.g. with EASIS Instant cocoa and some fresh fruit. For bigger portions you have to whip for longer time and the mousse could be placed in the refrigerator for a longer time.
