<em>I want to convay Norwegian traditionell food on a engaging and inspiring way. I always take starting point in the homemade food, wich is made from scratch.</em><br><em>With my own personal craveless with food and making food wih love and time. It is in the homemade food the taste rally came trough to you. I know this very well, because I have made it for and to very many people. They love this food. I have done a lot of program in TV and radio, people from the hole country know me very well, and I really do love that. Sometimes I feel like a «Mother» for Norwegian food. I got a title here at home like «statsbudeia» ¿ which means I got some pay from the gouverment to take care of the older foodculture.</em><br
