Imse Vimse Period Underwear High Waist Medium Flow - BLACK - XL

This high-waisted, medium flow panty is perfect for days with normal menstrual flow, or as extra protection when used with a tampon or menstrual cup.. The flattering design features a built-in absorbent layer that stays in place without chafing or causing leaks. The panties have a sleek and discreet design, with the same color on the inside as on the outside. They are made from soft, breathable cotton that is gentle on the skin and sensitive areas. Please note that the absorbent layer does not extend all the way up the front or back. If you need more coverage – for example during the night or on heavier flow days – we recommend our High Waist Heavy Flow model.
