Sustainable Dual Track Development

This book focuses on sustainable software development processes for teams: two or more individuals who work together regularly, are effective, and share compatible goals. Working together doesn’t mean the team physically sits together in the same room, but it does mean team members collaborate synchronously, completing tasks together (e.g. pair programming) rather than divvying up tasks to complete separately.
