The Plights of Internally Displaced Personsidps During Armed Conflict

"The Plights of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) during armed conflict: The case of Sudan and Somalia", is an in-dept study into the the root causes of the internal armed conflicts in Sudan and Somalia, It also looks at the mechanism put in place by the international community to punish any violation of IHL.The work also looks at the consequences of both conflicts on civilians and properties. By way of conclusion, these work suggest possible short run and long run recommendation on ending the conflict and or how to punish gross violation of the laws of war by parties to the conflict.
