<p>Policing is a hazardous, demanding and emotionally charged role that’s performed by officers every day to protect people from harm and danger. </p><p>Rod Rose highlights the ways officers understand the nuances within everyone to ensure that people can integrate within society without fear or favour. It’s essential that we can live in our society safe in the knowledge we have the support of people who care about our physical and mental welfare, and who can deal with any problems and dangers we may encounter.
