Det finnes egentlig ingen forskjell, siden begrepet lĂžpesko ikke er i bruk, mens joggesko brukes om sko for jogging og trening. Joggesko er allsidige og kan brukes til ulike aktiviteter.
Riktige lÞpesko bÞr passe underlaget (asfalt eller terreng), lÞpestil (nÞytral eller pronasjon) og lÞpemengde. Komfort, ca. 1 cm plass foran tÊrne, og fotanalyse i butikk er ogsÄ viktig for riktig valg.
De beste lĂžpeskoene passer din lĂžpestil, underlag og lĂžpemengde. Velg komfortable sko med ca. 1 cm plass foran tĂŠrne, og prĂžv flere for Ă„ finne riktig passform og stĂžtte.
En lÞpesko bÞr ikke sitte helt stramt, og Craft anbefaler et halvt nummer stÞrre enn vanlig, spesielt siden de er smÄ i stÞrrelsen. For eksempel er stÞrrelse 44 vanligvis 28 cm, men hos Craft er det 28,5 cm.
De fleste lÞpesko varer mellom 500 og 800 km, men slitasjen kan variere avhengig av bruk og underlag. Det er lurt Ä registrere kjÞpsdato og kilometer for Ä vite nÄr det er pÄ tide Ä bytte sko.
Gel-Cumulus 26 er fastere i mellomsÄlen enn Nimbus 26, noe som gir bedre kontakt med underlaget. Begge modeller er balanserte, men Cumulus passer for ulike turhastigheter.
Asics Gel Nimbus 27 har Ăžkt stack-hĂžyde med 2 mm for bedre komfort og en ny jacquard mesh-overdel for bedre pusteevne og passform, sammenlignet med Nimbus 26.
