Beyond Team Coaching

Beyond Team Coachin Adding Value Amongst Increasing Systems Complexity explores the field of coaching complexity in systems. This unique resource brings together cutting-edge research from the past four years to explore how coaching, specifically team coaching, is evolving to encompass multiple layers of complexity. In order to add value, coaching must move beyond individuals and distinct teams to impact whole systems in increasingly complex contexts: in organisations, in society and in the world at large. From the individual to the team, to teams of teams and organisation cultures as well as macro considerations in the world at large, thought leaders and case study contributors show us that systemic coaching must be considered from the point of view of nested systems that the leaders of tomorrow are a part of. A must read for experienced coaches and global leaders who wish to operate at the top of their game, this book is much needed at a time when systems across the globe are challenged, and systemic change is called for.
