Eee Gee Winning Vinyl

eee gee’s debut-album Winning, claimed several 5-star reviews and eventually “Album of the Year” accolades, propelling her to alt-pop star status in her native country. Although most of her songs deal with heartbreak and depression, Winning represents the come to Jesus moment when you accept all your past heartbreaks, failures, stressors and decide to run with them. The title is as sarcastic as it is triumphant. It’s about the right balance between being melancholic, hopeful and self-ironic.
