<p>EVERYWHERE IS SOMEWHERE is a memoir from Naseem Khan, the daughter of an Indian father and German mother, whose seminal book, <em>The Art Britain Ignores</em>, framed the argument that by dismissing or ignoring 'minority arts' in Britain, the UK was depriving itself of one of the most enriching features of its artistic life.
