Roger is a stray dog in the super modern metropolis Robo City. When robots take over the town, chaos ensues, and Roger ends up with the elegant, spoiled cat Belle. The cat and the dog are distant friends, but they must forget all their prejudices and differences in order to save their beloved home. The hapless pair embark on a dangerous and eventful rescue mission with their furry friends (and a highly sensitive robot) to reclaim the city.
