This workbook will help you find your voice, spread your wings, and regain a sense of purpose and direction. This workbook was designed to accompany Butterflies in Me. These self-pace activities will help children learn about themselves through self-reflection. Youth will learn to measure their own self-esteem through reflective questions and goal setting. Doing these activities will help children better understand all of the amazing talents and skills they have.
