Motherline Grimoire Spells, Rituals, and Ancestor Magic to Connect with Your Sacred Lineage

Motherline Grimoire is a practical guide to ancestor work, focusing on your maternal ancestral lineage. Hidden within every woman is a genetic melody that links us, womb to womb to womb, through thousands of generations of mothers back to one woman—the original African “Lucky Mother,” ancestress of us all. The author provides the roadmap for this journey with meditative exercises and journal prompts that will connect you with the ancient wisdom of your own motherline to experience ancestral healing, a renewed sense of power and purpose, and a deep connection to the women from whom you descend. The book is a grimoire for empowerment, filled with spells, rituals, information on herbs and oils, writing, astrology, crystals, blood magic, and more. The author provides clear instructions on how to begin the journey of tracing maternal lineage through oral history and written records, and—for those wishing more profound insight—how a simple DNA test can provide deeper information about the original Mothers, those ancient women who traveled Earth through the millennia. This book is suitable for adoptees and others with limited information on their genetic lineage, particularly for those who have fallen victim to diaspora and displacement and have been cut off from knowledge of their motherline. For all readers, this book is a magical road home.
