In the breaks between sold-out shows on the international success tour Roxette in Concert 2025, Per Gessle found a rare moment of calm at home in Tylösand. But instead of resting, he chose to channel the inspiration from life on the road into new music. The result is a brand-new duet with his tour colleague Lena Philipsson: “Bad Blood.”Together with co-producer Alex Shield, Per Gessle wrote the song during one of his short visits home, deeply inspired by the energy that has emerged on tour. With Lena Philipsson as the natural duet partner, the result is a song full of attitude, tension, and a distinct, rock-infused groove.
