Smerz Big City Life Edits Vinyl

Smerz revisit Big City Life through the ears of others, inviting a broad cast of artists they admire to reinterpret its songs as reflections, responses and alternate versions of the original work. Featuring contributions from They Are Gutting a Body of Water, Yrdloop, Astrid Sonne, Erika de Casier, MIKE, ML Buch, Clairo, Elias Rønnenfelt and more, the collection acts as both companion piece and parallel document. Rather than straightforward remixes, these tracks refract Big City Life through distinct creative lenses, turning familiar material into something newly personal and unexpectedly varied.
