The Constitutional Crisis of Islamic Civilisation

<p>At the heart of Islamic civilization is an unresolved crisis which dates from the battle of Siffin in 38 AH. Dr. Mohamed El-Moctar El-Shinqiti examines this issue in The Constitutional Crisis of Islamic Civilization.
