After a string of releases throughout the year, The Horn are finally set to release their debut album, ‘People Like Us’. The Horn have established themselves as a progressive indie rock band, with a touch of nostalgia. Produced by Danton Supple (Coldplay), Jonny Taylor’s frontman vocals sit smoothly within the arrangement formed of Nick True (bass), Ed Cox (keys), Alex Moorse (drum) and Danny Monk (guitar). Their ethos is defined by defying authority; ‘People Like Us’ reminds the people to reflect on the broader implications of conformity. It encapsulates the idea that despite our differences, we remain fundamentally connected - it is OK not to fit in.The Horn were recently featured on a page in The Sunday Express: “I [Jonny Taylor] was almost Harry Potter...then cast a spell on Elton”, discussing Jonny going head-to-head with Daniel Radcliffe over the role of Harry. Now, The Horn are preparing for their upcoming tour with Scouting For Girls and Cut Capers. Further support includes The Horn’s song ‘Another Way’ which was played during the ITV2 Women's World Cup.
