The Ology

The Ology is a beautifully illustrated introduction to theology that helps children understand who God is and how every part of the Bible fits together in his redemptive story. Written by bestselling children’s author Marty Machowski, this accessible resource presents big biblical truths within a clear systematic theology framework while keeping them connected to the larger story of Scripture. Through creative examples, vivid analogies, and engaging illustrations, The Ology helps children grasp doctrines that can often feel abstract, giving families a way to talk about God, themselves, and the world through the lens of biblical truth. Designed for ages eight through twelve, this flexible book works well for family read-alouds and independent exploration alike. Framed by an adventure story in which Carla and Timothy discover an ancient treasure called The Ology, it draws young readers into a sense of wonder while building a strong theological foundation that can grow with them over time. A companion album from Sovereign Grace Music also extends the experience through worship songs built around the book’s core truths.
