Sustainability, governance and innovation need to operate together to ensure the future of the planet and to avert climate or other catastrophe. This means that collaboration on a scale not seen before needs to happen not just at executive, but on the factory floor, and in everyday life across all nations, industries and organisations. Every volume contains commissioned chapters from experts around the world and written specifically for each volume. The series presents current debates and research about specific aspects of social responsibility and sustainability discussing important issues from global and interdisciplinary perspectives. Each volume presents a different theme related to the broad field of social responsibility. It aims to spark debate and encourage discussion between people from different backgrounds and different parts of the world as a way of developing and promoting best practice.
