<p>In a society controlled by merciless gangs who thrive on extortion, Jay initially manages to stay under their radar in the near dystopian future.</p><p>Jay, a wheelchair user dealing with anxiety, is secretly in love with a colleague, but he is in denial of his emotions for Sarah.
