As Lucy acclimatises to her new situation, she is absorbed, along with her visitors, into an intimate and sensory experience. Pamela Carter's play What We Know was first performed at the Traverse Theatre, Edinburgh, in 2010. This edition includes recipes by Rosie Sykes that can be used in a production of the play.
